Plastic Injection Manufacturing
- We have a range of molding machines from 60Ton, .9 gram shot up to 450 Ton, 43 oz.
- All molding machines are computer or microprocess controlled to produce consistent quality.
- Automated drying and loading equipment is used to convey resins to molding machines for best process conditions.
- Proportional Color Feeders are used to mix concentrates at the machine.
- We have developed insert overlay molding of elastomertype materials onto molded parts with several of our customers.
- We also have done some sampling with in-mold decorating.
- Our R&D team is constantly exploring the latest technologies for our future growth.

Plastic Blown Film Making
- Monolayer blown film lines are available with outputs ranging from 30 kg/hr to 150 kg/hr and lay-flat widths ranging from 150 mm to 1500 mm for processing polymers as diverse as LD, LLD, HM – HDPE.
- Applications include PE general purpose films, HDPE pickup bags, shade-net film, PE lamination films, HD twist wrap films, stretch and cling films, shrink films, anti-rust films and paper like films.
- Bags & Pouches with bottom sealing and side sealing capabilities. Printing & Corona treatment of films ( CI and Flexo presses).Multilayer technical film structures. Plant based films. Oxo degradable films.
- We offers widest range of customized monolayer blown film lines to suit a broad spectrum of resins, applications and output levels. Customers opting for blown film lines can therefore be sure to produce best film quality with economical use of resources, short start-up and low change-over times as well as reduced waste and high productivity.
